Cycle’s will vary from person to person, but if you have a regular 28 day cycle then your ovulation day will be day 14, this will be your most fertile day.
- Reduce stress – a life of high stress can prevent you from falling pregnant. Stress has amazing affects on your health, so to increase your chance of conception it is best to try and be stress free. This can be done by avoiding stressful situations, or by learning to handle stress better for the stress that cannot be avoided. Yoga or other relaxation or meditation techniques can help to reduce stress.
